Around U-Dub July 2, 2003 Excursions to: the University District, plus a quick stop in Redmond on the way home

Boom! II, Across the Water   The second in a series of cannon caches by weinerdog (our friend Donna).
Arboretum Waterfront Trail   For our next cache, Pepper and I followed a trail over a bridge and out to a small bog island.
We were surrounded by lily pads!
A Lily For Lila...   Pepper just had to have a lily for her hair. It perfume of the lily was wonderful.
There were several duck families around, plus a couple of turtles sunning themselves on logs (you can see the turtle, sort of, just above the duck).
Hidden Bench   We drove on to find a cache at this hidden bench.
The view from the bench was of the "Sleepless in Seattle" houseboat community.
This family had brand new baby ducks.
A Troll's Errand   This multi-cache started at a great piece of artwork. This troll statue is below a busy bridge. Do you see the blue VWbug in its hand?
A Bridge Over Troubled Waters   On our way home, Pepper took me to get a new tough-to-find microcache. The hiders actually placed red herrings...fake little bottles with messages taunting the finder.
