Peanut Butter & Jetty, part 2

July 23, 2003

Excursions to: Jetty Island, Port of Everett, Washington

We found a spot with lots of natural benches. We even had a fort for Nikki.

The Peanut Butter Brigade settled in for....what else? Various peanut butter sandwiches!

Nikki and her beautiful smile.

Mount Baker was off in the distance. Yes, I was wayyyy out in the water...but it never went above my thighs.

Nikki heading out for some swimming.

The was very warm, and quite shallow. You can see how clear it was -- no seaweed, but lots of little fish and crabs.

Donna, Pepper, and Nikki.

Nikki and Cindy had fun building a sandcastle.

We had a bridge, a road, walls, a moat, and even seashell decorations.
