The Peanut Butter Brigade was celebrating two milestones. One was Pepper finding her 700th cache. Can you see her in the middle of these bushes? She found it! |

From the top, we had incredible views of the Skagit Valley and its surrounding mountains. |

Off in the distance, to the north, is the peak of Mt. Baker.

To the south, we caught glimpses of a lake.

Our other big milestone of the day was Lucy's birthday! We celebrated with cake and silliness.

The "big rock" is actually the Hoag Memorial Park. There were also two geological survey markers (you can see one of the round disks above the sign).
