A Few Quick Caches Between Rain Clouds, part 1 November 9, 2002 Excursions to: residential areas, a cemetery, and a river walk

Caching in Suburbia 1, in a residential area by Bellevue Community College   Cindy finds the cache behind these utility boxes. We left a stopwatch and took a really neat aerial chart.
Toy-Boys, along a forested walk in a Newcastle Neighborhood   Cindy poses in front of the leaning tree. The cache was tucked in just behind her back, beneath some loose logs.
The cache exposed.   Note the big logs that were covering it, as well as the brambles to the side (that scratched Cindy's hand).

Cindy left her first travel bug, The Tick!   Here he eyes the nearby landscape.
There was a group of superheroes already in the cache -- The Powerpuff Girls. However, they aren't a travel bug, just a spinning top.
This neat set of stairs, with colorful gourds and a fun rock face, were in front of a house next to the geocache trail.       Continue on to part 2.
