Double Bluff Beach, on Whidbey Island Excursions to: a flat, sandy beach, with lots of cool driftwood

Double Bluff Beach   This park is next to beachfront cottages (aren't those people lucky?!).
We headed out across the flats (it was low tide).
The beach park is off-leash for dogs from this sign on.
