Part III: Our First Multi-Cache

Excursions to: Four Parks on or near Lake Sammamish

Sammamish Sunrise, parks along a 5-mile stretch of the west side of the Lake Sammamish

We followed the clue, then got a setting to find the next micro-cache.

Once again, Jeff spots the small film canister. The last coordinates were in there!

After about 30 minutes of trampling around through stickers and undergrowth, we decided to continue on the paved trail to see if it would switchback on us.

It did. We finally were headed in the right direction!

This photo is for mom -- if you were here visiting us right now, we could be feasting on blackberries!

My fingers were blue from all of the munching I did on these. :)

This time Cindy found the last cache. It was tucked away in the bushes to the side of the trail.

Even Aurie was curious to see what was there (see her little white nose to the side?).

This was a good one -- not all those silly used McDonald's toys.

Jeff took a music CD and left one of his mystery CDs.

Cindy took a rubber ducky for the hot tub, and she left a Tony Hillerman paperback novel.

After all that work, we decided to treat ourselves at the nearby Krispy Kreme. (coordinates: N 47 32.796 W 112 02.348)
